  • Transit Shed #6: 58,000 sq. ft. chill warehouse with five independently temperature- controlled rooms totaling 47,000 sq. ft. and 11,000 sq. ft. of office/shop. Public/leased.
  • Transit Shed #8: 60,000 sq. ft. chill warehouse with six independently temperature controlled rooms. Public.

Berth 12:

Berth 12
  • 1,000 ft. 20 ft. draft with 120 ft. apron. (To be extended to 1,584 feet and 40-ft. draft in 2010). General cargo and containers. Public.
  • Transit Shed #11: 174,000 sq. ft. dry warehouse. Public/leased.
  • Future Development: 52 acres of adjacent available land for development.
